Obesity has swiftly become a growing cause for concern in the UK, as these startling figures from Easy Fit emphasise. With obesity costing the economy approximately £16 billion back in 2010, this could sky rocket to £50 billion come 2050 if no changes are made to our diets and lifestyles. Worryingly, just over 30% of children are now also overweight.
