Established in 1999 Total Assist Recruitment Ltd is a leader in the Medical Recruitment sector with a lively and vibrant head office based in the heart of Romford.
Every few months, Total Assist begins an academy where for 6 weeks the consultant will be paid and trained reaping in commission and benefits as they work. After the course is completed, and performance levels and development has been evident, a pending permanent role is then offered.
Our next academy will start on Tuesday 31st January 2017 recruiting Consultants and Client Account Managers to work alongside our A&E, Surgery, Medicine, Cardiology and Radiology, Anaesthetics, Paediatrics or Obs and Gynae departments.

Whilst previous experience in a target driven setting (sales or customer service) is desirable, Total Assist understand that the very best applicant may not have experience but they do all have one thing in common; a passion for the industry, a strong work ethic and the drive to learn and succeed as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will use a range of skills to develop and build your desk including sourcing candidates, negotiating & closing sales.
