How many classes of obesity are there?

We are all told the importance of having a healthy BMI, but it’s difficult to put this in to a realistic context. BMI’s between 30 and 50 show the varying classes of obesity, when in an ideal world, you should be aiming for a BMI between 18.5 and 24.9 to maintain a healthy goal weight.
