Happiest people in the world are in Iceland

Being happy is a key factor in keeping healthy, and can have huge implications on our mood and mental state. New figures reveal fun facts about happiness, for example, that married people are 10% happier than those who have yet to tie the knot, whilst clergymen are actually in the happiest profession. Even changing seasons can affect our smiles and frowns with 44% of women and 34% of men being hit by the holiday blues after Christmas. The two key components that have been linked to happiness is a sense of community and frequent celebrations with your neighbours.
