Terms & Conditions

  • The Recommend a Friend incentive scheme is open to all registered Total Assist candidates
  • The recommended friend(s) must register with us, accept their first job with us and accumulate a minimum total of 10 days of work with us in order for the Recommend a Friend incentive payment to be released
  • The person making the recommendation(s) may receive up to £200 for each friend that accepts a job offered via Total Assist
  • The Recommend a Friend incentive amount is capped at £200
  • The exact amount of the incentive is based on the level of the role secured by the referred candidate at the time of first successful job placement, further details are available upon request.
  • The person who has made the recommendation(s) will be notified of the amount awarded once the incentive amount is ready for release, under the criteria listed above
  • There are no incentive payment alternatives
    The promoter reserves the right to cancel, alter, withdraw or suspend this offer in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, at any time, without liability to any entrants or third parties
  • This incentive promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales
    The person who has made the recommendation(s) will receive up to £100 on the first timesheet submitted by a friend through Total Assist and up to an additional £100 on the second timesheet.
