As Client Account Manager for one of our most leading and dominant foundation trusts, I am present in the trust on a weekly basis.
The hospitals in this area provide essential medical services to approximately 450,000 people, who live in the surrounding area. With an impressive rota of over 4,000 staff, the trust specialises in offering acute medicine, with a focus on cardiology, maternity, stroke and emergency treatments.

Locum placements
Total Assist Group started working with this prominent hospital back in 2009, so they are one of our most established partners. The hospital itself it very easy to navigate, in particular the A&E department which has a fluid layout, including a centralised inpatient section that then branches off into different specialty divided areas for ease of treatment. A&E is one of their key departments and one they are always on the lookout to boost with additional locum staff. Medicine is another important area for them, although the grade of doctors they generally hire tend to be SHO or Middle Grade.
I work closely with all the departments at this hospital – I am on site once a week to give the trust complete confidence that they are working with an experienced account manager, helping to build an extensive supply of locum doctors to fill all vacancies, whether they be temporary shifts or permanent placements on the rota.
