As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in bank nurses, your main task will be to build, develop and maintain a constant repertoire of suitable staff that you can send out to work at a moment’s notice. Your excellent brand awareness will showcase the numerous opportunities that Total Assist Group can provide, using your natural negotiating and relationship building skills to create a confident rapport with the nurses and clients you work with. Liaising with the Compliance team, you will need an excellent eye for detail as you chase up professional documentation via email or fax, as well as good organization skills to ensure you stay on top of and manage your hectic workload. You will be able to identify key shifts, specialties and hospitals so that you can successfully match candidates to their dream placement, recruiting bank nurses to fill as many vacancies as you can. KEY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Using the ITRIS database to efficiently search for nurses to be used for re-generation
- Receiving and reviewing CV’s and applications, managing forward CV’s and creating a candidate pipeline
- Preparing files and correspondence to forward to clients
- Chasing references and contract compliant documentation
- Checking the suitability of nurses before submitting their details to the client
- Briefing nurses about the shift, pay rate and any other important information of every shift
- Organizing the process for candidates including accommodation as requested by the client and/or nurse
- Informing nurses about positive and negative feedback as a result of their CV submission
- Offering training and career progression advice if appropriate
- Represent the business positively

- Support the Client Account Management team by marketing relevant bank nurses and having a supply of deployable nurses
- Attract new candidates using headhunting, sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking
