Compliance Requirements

The following procedure details the steps necessary to carry out the pre-employment checks as per mandatory requirements. You need to supply the following documentation upon registering with Total Assist Recruitment:

  • Passport and visa (if required)
  • CV with referee’s covering the last 3 years of work
  • All qualifications relevant to role you have applied for
  • HCPC, GPhC, or VRC certificates
  • Certificate of Competence
  • All occupational health reports
  • All mandatory training certificates / diplomas
  • Appraiser details from your last Appraisal

You are also required to complete all of Total Assist HSS registration and DBS documents.
