Compliance Requirements
The following procedure details the steps necessary to carry out the pre-employment checks as per mandatory requirements. You need to supply the following documentation upon registering with Total Assist Recruitment:
- Passport and visa (if required)
- CV with referee’s covering the last 3 years of work
- All qualifications relevant to role you have applied for
- HCPC, GPhC, or VRC certificates
- Certificate of Competence
- All occupational health reports
- All mandatory training certificates / diplomas
- Appraiser details from your last Appraisal
You are also required to complete all of Total Assist HSS registration and DBS documents.
