Compliance Officer

Area of business: Compliance
Reporting to: Head of Compliance
PURPOSE OF THE  JOB ROLE: 

To ensure the provision of compliancy for all candidates booked for assignments (compliant & non-compliant), processing documents, referencing, DBS checks, confirmation of bookings. Communicating with internal departments authorizing bookings and externally with candidates regarding compliancy documentation.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/ UNDERSTANDING:Good working knowledge & experience of framework compliance procedures

Excellent communication skills

Good working knowledge of internal processes & procedures within compliance

Competent in Microsoft office including excel & outlook

Medical recruitment agency compliance experience

Working knowledge of ITRIS – desirable

KEY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: Applying for CRB/DBS’s

Chasing references

Chasing Doctors for framework documents

Updating internal CRM system

Checking files for working Doctors & chasing any outstanding documents

Maintaining system & ensuring files are up to date & compliance documents for Doctors are complete

Assisting with scanning, filing, updating cv’s, ID badges

Liaising with clients, candidates over the phone
