Due to company growth and expansion plans we now have an urgent requirement within our Finance department for an experienced Revenue Accountant/Analyst helping to support the overall business and strategic goals.JOB ROLE:Working directly with the Finance Director, responsibilities will include:
Revenue Accounting Assist in the development and implementation of a new management reporting structures Prepare Gross Margin reports for all levels of the business, from group level to individual consultants Generate client spend analysis monthly Ensure timely, accurate delivery to the business of all reporting Post weekly payroll costs Sales Reconciliation Review business performance, collect and analyse benchmarking data from competitors and the market Produce and submit monthly Framework reporting Prepare financial information for Tenders Maintain and develop real-time information for the sales floor Balance Sheets Fully reconcile specific monthly balance sheet accounts – Accrued Revenue and COS Accruals Commissions Preparation Preparation of sales consultants commission calculations for review and sign off by FD Forecasting and Budgeting Assist in the development of regular sales forecasting and budgeting for the Group Ad hoc project work

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/UNDERSTANDING:Exceptionally strong analytical skillsExcellent communication & business partnering skills
Good understanding and experience of Management Accounting Ability demonstrate a strong commercial awareness and the ability to produce detailed reports to all levels of the business in a timely and accurate manner Advanced excel skills 5+ years experience in a commercial, financial environment preferred
