1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (“PMVA”) Training certificate copies by Total Assist Group (“Company,” “we,”
“us,” or “our”) to candidates who have completed certified PMVA Training through our services
2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all requests for copies of PMVA Training certificates from candidates who have
previously completed certified PMVA Training provided or arranged by Total Assist Group.
3. Certificate Copy Charges
3.1 Standard Fee
A charge of £350.00 inclusive of VAT will be applied to all requests for copies of PMVA Training certificates.
3.2 Purpose of Charge
This fee is implemented to cover the administrative costs associated with:
- Access to training module records
- Verification of training completion
- Certificate reproduction and validation
- Administrative processing time
- Secure delivery of certified documents
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Due
Payment of the £350.00 fee must be received in full before any certificate copy will be processed or
issued.
4.2 Payment Methods
- Bank transfer
- Credit/debit card
- Other methods as specified by Total Assist Group
4.3 Non-Refundable
All certificate copy fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
5. Processing and Delivery
5.1 Processing Time
Certificate copies will be processed within 10-15 business days following receipt of full payment.
5.2 Delivery Method
Certificates will be delivered via secure postal service or as otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Candidate Obligations
6.1 Accurate Information
Candidates must provide accurate personal details and training completion information when requesting certificate copies.
6.2 Valid Request
Requests will only be processed for candidates who have verifiable records of completing PMVA
Training through Total Assist Group.
7. Company Obligations
7.1 Record Verification
We will verify training completion records before issuing any certificate copies.
7.2 Quality Assurance
All certificate copies will be issued in accordance with the original certification standards and requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Limitation
Our liability is limited to the provision of accurate certificate copies based on available training
records.
8.2 Maximum Liability
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the certificate copy service.
9. Data Protection
We will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy, available at www.totalassist.co.uk.
10. Amendments
Total Assist Group reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website with the effective date clearly stated.
