I have dealt with Danny for a few years. I particularly like his proactive nature. He is pleasant to deal with and gets things done when needed.

I was working as a Locum pharmacist in a community pharmacy. I turned up to work and was told that the dispenser had phoned in sick and that I would be on my own all day.
The day started with me planning how I was going to manage the tasks on my own. I divided the tasks and started with the most pressing before moving on to the next. I enlisted the help of the sales assistant where necessary and managed to complete all the tasks successfully by the end of the day.

It provides a system of licensing for manufacturing and dealing in medicines.

I will seek to gain clarification from the dr or whomever is in the best position to tell what the medication is before going ahead to prescribe it.

I will report the incident using the right tools in place, I will write reflection cpd on the supposed incident and then try and put things in place to help avoid such incident recurring.

I had a patient’s daughter come in to complain about her mother’s medication not haven’t been delivered at the right time. I handled the situation by being empathetic and transparent. I was apologetic and owned up to our mistake but also made her aware of the true situation of things and highlighted reasons for the failing in the system, I then went on to rectify the issue there and then while putting things in place to ensure it didn’t happen again.
