Please summarise your career over the last 3 years | In the last 3 years, I have been working in the community pharmacy, where I finished the course and registered as a Pharmacy Technician. Once I was GPHC registered I moved forward in the hospital, more exactly in a private hospital. Now, I would like to gain more experience in a NHS hospital. |

Tell me about a recent occasion when you were under pressure and handled it successfully. - What was the situation? - What actions did you take? - What was the outcome? | Delivery of a medication has been delayed. So I had to call the supplier to make sure will be sent as soon as possible. The outcome was positive as patient managed to collect the medication before leaving the country. |

Thinking about a recent difficult situation you’ve had with patient’s relatives – How did you handle this and the outcome | A recent situation with a patient's relatives was when they tried to get a prescription-only medication without having a prescription. The person was demanding and stressed as the patient needed. I tried to help in the process of obtaining a prescription by calling the GP myself. Also, I made sure I expressed empathy and understanding and acted on the concerns. |
