What is your understanding of the Medicines Act 1968? | Is the major pieces of legislation which governs the professional activities of Pharmacists and in particular community Pharmacist. From my understanding, this act ensures the protection of the general public in respect of medicines, by ensuring the the quality, safety and efficacy of medicines and by controlling the level of access which the general public to have them. |
