Notes: Specialist GMC for Gastro needed. Any on calls in General Medicine,  2 sessions = 24hours
We will start with 3 admin sessions in the first two weeks. Then drop to two thereafter. Follow-up clinics 20 minutes per patient. Endo lists to start with 8 points in the first week then crank up to 10 points thereafter.
