Qualifications

- City & Guilds 706/1 or equivalent (essential)
- City & Guilds 706/2 or equivalent (essential)
- Level 3 Food Hygiene (essential)
- NEBSS or equivalent (essential)
- Intermediate Food Hygiene (desirable)
