Tell me about a recent occasion when you were under pressure and handled it successfully. - What was the situation? - What actions did you take? - What was the outcome? | When working under pressure, I have found that staying organised and breaking down tasks into manageable steps helps me maintain focus and meet deadlines effectively. For example, in my previous role, three staff did not turn up to work we immediately divided the work among us and maintaining open communication with the team, we were able to work collaboratively and achieve the goals despite the pressure. I also practice deep breathing exercises and take short breaks to recharge and maintain a clear mind. This enables me to navigate stressful situations while remaining productive and ensuring quality outcomes. |

You are asked to prescribe medication which is not clearly documented within the patients notes and medical record. What should you do? | I will call to confirm the up to date records about the medicines for patients before prescribing. |
What steps would you take, going forward if you become aware of an incident or complaint, which you were involved or implicated in? | I should be kept informed of the progress of the investigation and provided with support while suspended. |
Please outline your understanding of Clinical Governance. | It involves monitoring systems and processes to provide assurance of patient safety and quality of care across the organisation. |
Thinking about a recent difficult situation you’ve had with patient’s relatives – How did you handle this and the outcome | I have never experience that before. |
