| Tell me about a recent occasion when you were under pressure and handled it successfully. - What was the situation? - What actions did you take? - What was the outcome? | Under pressure to process discharge medications - prioritised the issues that needed resolving depending on clinical significance, and was able to delegate some tasks to another colleague. We worked well as a team and were proactive in successfully discharging all patients in a safe and timely manner |

I would then assess the medical notes to determine if the patient is suitable for it. |
