Tell me about a recent occasion when you were under pressure and handled it successfully. - What was the situation? - What actions did you take? - What was the outcome? | Under pressure to process discharge medications - prioritised the issues that needed resolving depending on clinical significance, and was able to delegate some tasks to another colleague. You are asked to prescribe medication which is not clearly documented within the patients notes and medical record. What should you do? | I would enquire on the urgency, and understand who has asked for it to be prescribed and why.
